WHOOP Daily is a personal dashboard that uses the WHOOP API to help you view your own recovery, sleep, strain, workout, profile, and body measurement data.
Data We Access
With your authorization, WHOOP Daily may read WHOOP profile, body measurement, cycle, recovery, sleep, and workout data. The app requests only read access and does not write data to your WHOOP account.
How Data Is Used
Your data is used to generate personal dashboard views, summaries, and trends inside WHOOP Daily. It is not sold, rented, or shared with advertising networks.
Data Storage
OAuth tokens and WHOOP data are stored only in the server environment where you run this project. For local use, that means the data stays on your own computer unless you choose to deploy the service elsewhere.
Third Parties
WHOOP Daily communicates with WHOOP APIs to authenticate your account and retrieve authorized data. The app does not send your WHOOP data to analytics, advertising, or data resale services.
Revoking Access and Deleting Data
You can revoke this app's access from your WHOOP account settings or developer authorization controls. You can delete locally stored data by removing the project's local data files from the server where WHOOP Daily is running.
